The purpose of this class is to develop an individual project throughout the duration of the course. Group critiques, readings, exercises and in-class discussions are meant to give the students new insights into the work, opening up other possibilities.

Different readings will be assigned each class, to be discussed at the next. The idea is to understand how images work, how to create images that can transmit ideas, and to experience how different artists create images, be it through pictures, texts or experiences.
